Evaluation must be based on Eligibility!

we do evaluation in every aspect of out life
to choose a friend,a life partner,an employee and a leader of course.
evaluation is mandatory but its sad to say that today evaluation is biased

That's right! evaluation is being done based on race, religion, caste, gender and geographical area they belong
to the maximum extent evaluation now takes height, age and color as inputs.

but which is false, because these physical barriers hides the individual's true eligibility  and the evaluators true consciousness.

the point of being secular is to be unbiased in judgements, which is the baseline for true humanity.
Ancient Indians adopted the principle of secularism from the great saints who preached "god is one and all humans and living beings are his own creations" which created a golden era.
but as time passed, in order to rule a community, non-social powers which invaded India years ago have applied "divide and rule " principle. as the sensitive citizens got into the trap of false allegations and made up prejudices and elected them as their representatives and as their leaders.

which kept continued till today , these so called leaders to claim their seat of leadership split the poor citizens into castes ,religions and geographical areas etcetra.

a person with brain can say that this false evaluation cannot lead humans into heritage and prosperity but it leads to communal violence , remember only the powerless and poor citizens (in our case the evaluators) are the victims of these type of consequences.

so there is nothing called "unity in diversity" unity never returns after you diversify. it should be "unity and secular".

as a conclusion i say that check for eligibility unbiasedly before you evaluate for the right candidate and for the bright future. :)

steps towards betterment!
